We educate businesses and our fellow technical communicators on a variety of topics that will help improve their documentation, communication, and customer education. Whether talking about wikis, Open Source technologies, podcasting, blogging, or streamlining documentation, we tell a story in our presentations. Each story is different, but each story is relevant to the topics that we cover.
Our style of presenting enables us to make a connection with an audience, and engage the audience in the subject matter. This makes for a more enriching experience all around. We definitely believe what musician Robert Fripp observed: The perception of the audience is the interesting part.
Our presentation style is friendly yet packed with useful information and anecdotes from our extensive experience. We've been praised as effective speakers who make topics accessible, interesting, and informative. We teach, entertain, cajole, converse, and are sometimes controversial. We have fun, and so do our audiences.
