DMN Communications completes quick start guide for ProductiveTeams.comOctober 26, 2005 |
When ProductiveTeams.com found that users were having trouble getting up and running with the company's Web-based collaboration application, they once again turned to DMN Communications for help.
The result: a quick start guide, in PDF format, that clears up any confusion a new user might have.
"It's great to continue our professional relationship with Larry and the folks at ProductiveTeams.com," said Scott Nesbitt, DMN's lead on this project. "The quick start guide gives users an overview of what the ProductiveTeams eMeeting application can do, and guides them through the basic tasks required to set up and start collaborating."
The major question was how much information to include. "We decided that the guide would be somewhat barebones," Nesbitt said. "The procedures are short, with pointers to the application's online help. The bulk of the document consists of conceptual information that explains some of the less intuitive features and concepts of the ProductiveTeams eMeetings tool."
